Product Application and Cleaning:
The cat drinking fountain has a safety protection function against thousands of burns. When the water is about to run out, the water indicator light will remind us. The light will stay blue when there is enough water in the machine, but will turn red and start blinking, and will automatically shut off when the water level falls below the recommended amount.
Cleaning the pump for longer life Cleaning the pump is critical to the life of your fountain. Please clean the pump at least every 2 weeks, the cleaning steps are as follows:
Step 1: Remove the pump cover
Step 2: Place a fingernail or other small object under the labia minora and remove the leaf
wheel cover.
Step 3: Remove the impeller and wash the product parts with soap and warm water
Product Important Notice:
1. For indoor use only
2. For your pet's health, it is recommended to change the water and clean the fountain every week
3. If your fountain is getting louder, it could be that the water level is low or the impeller is dirty. Clean the fountain's impeller and make sure the water level is at least at the minimum
4. To prevent activated carbon dust (which will not harm your pets) from falling off, please soak the filter in water for 2 minutes before first use, then rinse it thoroughly with running water. It is recommended to rinse the filter and sponge with water every time the water is changed.
5. Depending on your pet's drinking frequency and the number of pets using the fountain, replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks and the sponge every 4 to 8 weeks.
6. Please keep the cable away from pets to prevent chewing
